We take great care in curating and presenting our collection of East Asian artworks. Each piece is thoughtfully selected, and many items are handmade, making them unique and full of character. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• The item is returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is provided

Because our products include handmade art, natural materials, and artisanal finishes, minor variations in color, texture, shape, or patina are considered part of the design and are not defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Final sale or clearance items

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
